Understanding Risk
Due to the nature of activities during gymnastics we wish to inform you that the possibility of serious injury exists. It is vital that members follow instructions given to them by coaches to decrease the risk of serious injury. By attending class it is deemed that you accept all risks associated with such participation.
Additional Needs
On booking, please give full details of any additional needs. It is the parent/guardians responsibility to notify us upon booking of such needs to ensure safe and effective coaching methods and standards are maintained.
Jewellery and Appropriate Clothing
We have a strict no jewellery policy. Newly pierced ears can be covered with tape (normally before 6 weeks) After 6 weeks earrings MUST be removed completely before entering the class. Failure in doing so may result in refusal of entry. Any clothing that has accessories (chains, zips, large gems and rhinestones etc) are not permitted. Denim clothing is not permitted. All hair must be fully tied up before entering. All participants must be in bare feet for the full class. These policies are to prevent injury to participates, coaches and others.
Class Uniform
Our customised leotard and shorts are mandatory for training and should be worn at every class. After 6 weeks of attendance we kindly ask you purchase these items to be worn at class. Any other items are optional and you can purchase these items directly from us. Under no circumstances should other sport organisations uniform be worn at our classes, nor should our class uniform be worn at other sporting clubs or organisations.
Code of Conduct for Participants
All participants must respect coaches, judges, officials and other gymnasts at all times. Bullying will not be tolerated and any reports will be dealt with accordingly. Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in withdrawl from the company.
Code of Conduct for Parents/Guardians
All parent/guardians must respect coaches, judges, officials and other gymnasts at all times. Participants must be dropped off/collected on time. Parent/Guardians must communicate solely via Class4Kids regarding classes and NOT on social media.
Annual Events
Annual events will occur throughout the year and it is expected that all students take part. The nature of our events include Showcases and Assesments and are very inclusive, positive and fun. A minimum of three months notice will be given with dates and price information for the events, and during this time you have the responsibility to notify us if you are unable to take part. After this notice period charges will be added onto your subscription price for that month. Events payments will be non-refundable if you have failed to notify your child will not be in attendance.
Late Fees
All monthly payments will be deducted from your bank account on the 1st of each month via Class4Kids subscriptions. If payments fail for any reason, Class4Kids will attempt a further two times to deduct payment. Failure to pay during these attemps will result in a fee of £5 per week from the 1st of the month, which willl be added on to your following months payment.
Cancellation Policy
Class4Kids subscriptions will be deducted from your bank on the 1st of every month. If you desire to cancel your subscription you have until before the 1st of the month to message us directly to cancel your subscription. Failure to contact us will result in paying for the month subscription. Once payment has been deducted from your bank, no refunds will be issued. Students who cancel mid-month will also not recieve a refund for any weeks left in the month.
